Just a note to parents – all pupils travelling to Belgium in the Summer have been asked to bring in their passport / travel documents ASAP. The reason for this is that 2 years ago a pupil attended on the morning of the trip but had left his passport at home. This made us almost miss the ferry. I collect them early to prevent this from happening, to double check all passports have at least 6 months expiry remaining and to assure that pupils do not lose them whilst on our travels.
If players and families have holidays or are travelling before August 18th by all means simply fill out the necessary details on the form given to your child and hand this back in next week.
